NEW You initiative

NEW stands for Nutrition Exercise and Wellness. Because our students both study and live on the reservation, we believe in improving the body as well as the mind. NEW You is comprised of four pillars - spiritual, mental, physical, and academic. Programs like Garden to Plate, Individual Sleep, and Counseling make students healthy in all areas of life.
